Marcos: 64% of flood-control projects lack clear descriptions

MANILA: President Ferdinand Marcos Jr on Monday (Aug 11) revealed that 64 per cent of the total cost of flood-control projects under his administration either lacked clear project descriptions or were located in different areas despite having the same contract cost.

At a press conference, Marcos said the total cost of all flood-control projects from when he assumed office in July 2022 to the present stands at P545 billion.
