Ice Top: A cultural voice reaching Mongolians in the US

ULAANBAATAR: Coinciding with Mongolia’s most cherished holiday, the Naadam Festival, one of the country’s pioneering hip-hop groups, Ice Top (pic), is embarking on a US concert tour this summer titled "Forever Together", dedicated to Mongolians living, studying and working in the United States.

Ice Top, founded in 1998, has long held a distinctive place in modern Mongolian music, especially within the hip-hop and R&B genres. Their work stands out for blending traditional Mongolian values, language, and historical identity into contemporary sound. Their upcoming US performances are not only artistic showcases but also acts of cultural connection — bridging Mongolian heritage with diaspora audiences.
