Free LRT-2 rides in Manila from June 25- 26 due to delayed operations


MANILA: Free train rides will be implemented on Light Rail Transit Line 2 (LRT-2) beginning Wednesday (June 25) until Thursday, following a technical problem that delayed its operations.

“Yes, we ordered LRT-2 libreng sakay (free rides) for today and [the] whole day tomorrow,” Transportation Secretary Vince Dizon told INQUIRER.net.
