China's Xi urges Israel-Iran de-escalation 'as soon as possible': State media


BEIJING: China's President Xi Jinping (pic) on Tuesday (June 17) urged a de-escalation of the Israel-Iran conflict "as soon as possible", according to Chinese state media.

"All parties should work to de-escalate the conflict as soon as possible and prevent further escalation of tensions", he said during a meeting with the Uzbek president in Kazakhstan, Xinhua reported. - AFP
