Singapore's Home Team Career Centre evacuates 20 people after fire

SINGAPORE: Twenty people were evacuated after a fire broke out at the Home Team Career Centre on June 6.

The incident took place at the centre’s premises in 178 Neil Road at about 11.55am and involved a battery rack inside an uninterruptible power supply room on the first floor, said the Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF).
