Brunei aims to become renowned biodiversity hub; land, aquatic and marine ecosystems main areas to concentrate


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Xinhua): Brunei is aiming to become a renowned hub in biodiversity research covering land, aquatic and marine ecosystems, a senior Brunei official has said.

An expedition focusing on Brunei's mangrove forest in Selirong Island and the aquatic ecosystem in Pelong Rocks is held from May 19 to May 25, said Hajah Tutiaty Wahab, permanent secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism.
