BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN: A total of 158 students from Paduka Seri Begawan Sultan Science College attended the ‘Know Asean’ roadshow on Tuesday (April 8), a continuation of the Asean awareness roadshow organised by the Information Department at the Prime Minister’s Office through the International Affairs Desk, Corporate Relations Unit, Media and Corporate Communications Division.

Head of the International Affairs Desk, Corporate Relations Unit, Media and Corporate Communications Division at the Information Department Eddy Iswandy Ismail delivered the briefing, focusing on raising awareness of Asean’s mission and the role of youth in shaping a united regional identity.

It was conducted in line with Asean’s motto: One Vision, One Identity, One Community.

Students also participated in a ‘Kenali Asean’ quiz, with the principal Pengiran Norhashima Pengiran Hassan presenting the prizes.

The initiative aimed to foster a sense of patriotism and Asean unity among the students, while encouraging greater understanding of the organisation’s purpose and founding principles. – Borneo Bulletin/ANN
