89 aftershocks jolt Myanmar in 10 days after 7.9-magnitude deadly quake

YANGON (Agencies): A total of 89 aftershocks have hit Myanmar in the 10 days since a 7.9-magnitude earthquake struck the country, the country's Department of Meteorology and Hydrology said on Sunday.

These tremors, ranging in magnitude from 2.8 to 7.5, followed the 7.9-magnitude earthquake that hit Myanmar at 12.51 pm local time on March 28.
