Fuel prices surge in Yangon compared to last week


YANGON: The price of fuel in Yangon has increased compared to the previous week, according to the Fuel Import, Storage and Distribution Supervisory Committee.

On February 21, the prices of fuel sold in Yangon were 3,215 kyats (US$1.53) per litre for 92 Ron, 3,270 kyats (US$1.56) per litre for 95 Ron, 3,425 kyats (US$1.63) per litre for premium diesel, and 2,765 kyats (US$1.32) per litre for diesel.
