Anti-corruption panel arrests two suspects in Lombok tsunami shelter graft case

JAKARTA: Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) investigators have arrested two suspects in connection with a corruption case related to the construction of a tsunami shelter near Bangsal Port in North Lombok regency, West Nusa Tenggara, in 2014.

The KPK declared that the alleged corruption resulted in Rp 18.4 billion (US$ 1.14 million) in financial losses.
