Three dead in Thailand shooting, suspect at large

BANGKOK: Three people were shot dead Wednesday (Nov 27) in rural northeastern Thailand with the suspect still at large, police said.

The incident in Nong Bua Lumphu province was related to "a personal issue", local police chief Sumitr Nansathit told AFP.

"Three people died and we still haven't caught the suspect," he said.

Si Bun Rueang district, where the incident occurred, is around 40km away from Uthai Sawan, where a man killed 36 people in a shooting rampage at a nursery two years ago. - AFP
