VIENTIANE: Laos' Ministry of Education and Sports held a workshop to improve teaching methods to ensure that children with disabilities have better learning outcomes.

The workshop was held from June 23 to 29, according to the ministry's report.

The training supports the national policies, strategies, and action plans for people with disabilities to resolve and reduce disparities in access to education, to ensure that everyone has equal and comparable access to education.

At the end of the training, participants will be better equipped to develop more inclusive and effective educational environments.

This will improve educational outcomes for students with disabilities, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive academically and socially. - Xinhua/ANN
