Asean launches monitoring system to elevate socio-cultural community


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN/VIENTIANE (Xinhua): The Association of South-East Asian Nations (Asean) launched the AseanSocio-Cultural Community (ASCC) Database for Monitoring and Evaluation, aiming to enhance the implementation of data-driven initiatives within the Asean socio-cultural sector.

The web-based database is developed by the Asean Secretariat to monitor the progress and milestones of the ASCC Blueprint 2025 and relevant socio-cultural indicators, the Lao Economic Daily reported on Tuesday.
