Brunei High Court appeal dismissed and ‘aggression’ convict ordered jailed immediately

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): The Brunei High Court has ordered for Hamzah Pehin Orang Kaya Kesuma Dato Paduka Ali to immediately serve his three-year jail sentence after shooting down the appeal.

Hamzah was found guilty by Magistrate Hajah Ervy Sufitriana Abdul Rahman and handed the sentence.
