BANGKOK: Foreign Minister Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara met with International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) on Tuesday (Jan 16), seeking its help to release eight Thais who have been held captive by Hamas for over 100 days.

Parnpree held talks with ICRC president Mirjana Spoljaric Egger on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum 2024 in Davos, Switzerland.
