PHNOM PENH (Phnom Penh Post/ANN): Prime Minister Hun Manet told members of the Cambodian diaspora in Europe that his visit to France and his meetings with French President Emmanuel Macron were not taking place by chance.

He explained that they are born from the value France places on Cambodia, in terms of diplomatic, political and economic relations.
