Hong Kong opposition activist Agnes Chow Ting was not the only suspect allowed to leave the city to study abroad while under investigation for possible breaches of the national security law, the Post has learned.
A police insider would not say how many had left, but revealed that others had been allowed to leave for educational purposes and other reasons.
