MANILA: Timor-Leste President José Ramos-Horta arrived in Manila on Wednesday (Nov 8) and will look to further strengthen ties with the Philippines, according to the Palace.

Philippine Ambassador to the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste Belinda Ante welcomed Ramos-Horta at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport earlier in the afternoon.
