Indonesia's Prabowo promises to fully eradicate extreme poverty in two years if elected

JAKARTA (Reuters): Indonesian presidential candidate Prabowo Subianto promised in an election manifesto published on Wednesday to fully eradicate extreme poverty within the first two years of taking office.

He said he was optimistic the country's biodiesel B50 and ethanol E10 programmes can be achieved in 2029 and also pledged to modernise military hardware.
