BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): Deputy House speaker Pichet Chuamuangphan (pic) predicts that Move Forward leader Pita Limjaroenrat will need up to three rounds of voting to garner the 376 parliamentary votes necessary to become prime minister.
Pichet, who is a Pheu Thai MP for Chiang Rai, told reporters on Thursday (July 6) that he had scheduled the first vote for a new prime minister on July 13.
