TikTok has begun testing its Tako chatbot in the Philippines


SOCIAL media platforms are using artificial intelligence in a variety of ways. After LinkedIn, Instagram and Snapchat, now it's TikTok's turn to get in on the trend with Tako. This new conversational agent will be capable of recommending videos to users.

Just like Snapchat did with "My AI," TikTok is launching Tako, its new AI chatbot. The Chinese social media giant presented the tool, still in a test phase, to a handful of users in the Philippines.
