Vietnam cops fine Facebook user in Hai Phong city for false posts and comments

HAI PHONG, Vietnam, May 1 (Vietnam News/ANN): A Facebook user in the northern port city of Hai Phong has been fined 7.5 million VND (319.6 USD) for his acts of spreading false and misleading information on cyberspace.

Local police have found that the man has repeatedly used his personal Facebook account to post articles and comments with negative and untrue content, affecting the prestige of senior Party and State leaders and the police force.
