SHENYANG: Shenyang, Liaoning province, will provide subsidies to local parents who have a third child, according to an implementation plan issued by the Health Commission of Shenyang and the Shenyang Finance Bureau.
Under the plan, which took effect on Jan 20, each family can receive 500 yuan (RM320) per month until their third child turns three years old, according to the commission’s website.
