YANGON, April 10 (Eleven Media Group/ANN): The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA Myanmar) announced that the number of internally displaced persons in Myanmar due to armed conflict and insecurity has reached nearly 1.8 million.

OCHA Myanmar said in a statement that armed conflicts, including heavy weapons fire and airstrikes, continue in many regions and states in Myanmar.
