BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Prosecutors on Wednesday (March 1) entered a ‘nolle prosequi’ (unwilling to pursue) in a murder case against a local couple linked to the death of an Indonesian woman in Kuala Belait.
Senior Magistrate Azrimah Abdul Rahman discharged Hassan Yussof and Rosnani Tanga following Deputy Public Prosecutor Rozaimah Abdul Rahman’s application, carrying a nature of discharge not amounting to acquittal.
