One for the record: Divers perform underwater lion dance

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Poni Divers made history with Brunei’s first underwater lion dance at open sea at Serasa Beach on Monday (Jan 23), during the second day of Chinese New Year celebrations.

The event began with a traditional Lion Dance performed by Unity Charity Association on land and continued with a team of expert divers dressed in the traditional lion dance costume performing an underwater choreography at Pelong Rock, 35 minutes from Serasa beach.
