Ex-cop loses appeal in Brunei cheating, road traffic case


BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): A former policeman’s application in the High Court for a reduction in sentence was dismissed on Monday (Dec 12) by Chief Justice Dato Seri Paduka Steven Chong who saw no arguable case and found it to be “not a day too long”.

Sahlan Mat Sahat had cheated two persons and attempted to cheat another.
