SINGAPORE (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): A Republic of Singapore Air Force lieutenant-colonel accused of trespassing into a Nanyang Technological University (NTU) dormitory and molesting a woman was offered bail of $15,000 on Tuesday (Nov 29)following his remand at the Institute of Mental Health (IMH).

Details about Neo Aik Chiao’s mental condition were not disclosed in court, and IMH has recommended that he attend follow-up sessions with a psychiatrist or psychologist.
