Vietnam reports 204 new Covid-19 cases and no new deaths on Monday (Nov 14)


HANOI, Nov. 14 (Xinhua): Vietnam recorded 204 new Covis-19 cases on Monday, down 38 from Sunday, according to the Ministry of Health.

All the new cases were locally transmitted, said the ministry.

The new infections brought the total tally to 11,508,893.

The country reported no new deaths from the pandemic on Monday, with the total fatalities staying at 43,166.

As of Monday, 64 severe cases were in need of assisted breathing in the South-East Asian country, according to the ministry.

Nationwide, 10,606,003 Covid-19 patients, or over 92 percent of the total infections, have recovered. - AFP
