PHNOM PENH (The Phnom Penh Post/Asia News Networks): Prime Minister Hun Sen will meet Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy for virtual talks on Nov 1, the prime minister confirmed on Saturday (Oct 29).

Hun Sen spoke while distributing more than 684 tonnes of rice seed to 6,844 families from nine districts in Kampong Thom province.
