Myanmar reports 390 new Covid-19 cases


YANGON (Xinhua): Myanmar has confirmed 390 new cases of Covid-19, bringing the total tally to 624,682, the country's Ministry of Health said on Tuesday (Oct 4).

The death toll from Covid-19 in the country reached 19,463 on Tuesday after two new deaths were reported, the ministry said.

The total number of patients who have recovered from Covid-19 in the country reached 598,994, including 273 new recoveries on Tuesday.

The South-East Asian country detected its first Covid-19 cases in March 2020.
