Myanmar reports 473 new patients and two deaths on Sunday (Oct 1)


YANGON, Oct 2 (Eleven Media Group/ANN): Myanmar found 473 new Covid-19 confirmed cases on October 1 bringing total number of patients to 623,639 and infection rate is 3.53 per cent, according to an announcement from Ministry of Health (MOH).

A total of 13,405 samples were tested between 8 pm of September 30 and 8 pm of October 1 and found 473 patients.

Two more patients died from the virus bringing total number of death tolls to 19,461, according to a report from the ministry.

A total of 185 people are allowed to be discharged from the hospitals on September 30 bringing total number to 598,311, it said. - Eleven Media Group/ANN
