Brunei has only one patient in serious section until Sunday (Oct 2)

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Oct 2 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): Brunei currently has one Covid-19 case in Category 4 (serius section) requiring respiratory assistance and under close monitoring while no patients are in Category 5 receiving treatment at the intensive care unit.

No Covid-related deaths were recorded in the past 24 hours.

These were disclosed by the Ministry of Health in its daily report on Saturday night (Oct 2).

Some 270 cases were declared recovered yesterday bringing the total number of recoveries to 225,952.

Meanwhile, 85.3 per cent of children aged five to 11 have received at least two vaccine doses while 61.5 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have been given the third shot.

Some 78.5 per cent of the population have received at least three doses of the vaccine while 10.5 per cent of the populace administered the fourth shot. - Borneo Bulletin/ANN
