JAKARTA (The Straits Times/Asia News Network): Indonesian President Joko Widodo on Thursday (Sept 8) announced that he had signed a presidential regulation to ratify the flight information region (FIR) agreement which Indonesia inked with Singapore in January.
Under the agreement, the boundary between the Singapore and Jakarta FIRs will be realigned to be generally in accordance with Indonesia's territorial boundaries.
