YANGON (Xinhua): Myanmar reimposed a visa-free visit policy for citizens of eight Asean (Association of South-East Asian Nations) member countries, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Wednesday (Aug 31).
The ministry said in a statement that diplomatic passport holders, official/service passport holders and ordinary passport holders from the Philippines, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam and Brunei are allowed to enter the country visa-free starting from Thursday.
