Thailand records 6,305 Covid-19 cases and 42 deaths


BANGKOK (The Nation/Asia News Network): Ministry of Public Health reported on Thursday (May 19) morning that in the past 24 hours there are 6,305 new patients who tested positive for Covid-19, two of whom arrived in Thailand from abroad.

The death toll increased by 42, while 7,567 patients were cured and allowed to leave hospitals.

Cumulative cases in the country since Jan 1, 2022 are at 2,171,480.
