American dies after falling down slope of Mount Batur


A 70-year-old American man has died after falling down the slope of Mount Batur in Kintamani, Bangli, Bali, during a group hike.

Kintamani Police chief Comr Benyamin Nikijuluw said the police suspected that Robert S. Evans from Fairfield, California, was too tired on the hike back down the slope when he fell at around 7am Central Time Zone (Wita).
