VIENTIANE, April 12: Traffic Police officers in Vientiane Capital will increase their presence in and around the city over the Pi Mai Lao (Laos New Year) period, reports Laotian Times.'
The people of Laos will celebrate the New Year Festival from Thursday (April 14) until Saturday (april 16).
