Malaysian police seize vehicle suspected of smuggling Myanmar illegal immigrants


PASIR MAS, April 11 (Bernama): Police seized a Proton Exora car suspected of transporting more than 10 Myanmar illegal immigrants at Jeram Linang in Pasir Puteh, near here this morning.

Pasir Mas district police chief ACP Mohd Nasaruddin M Nasir said a patrol MPV from the Pasir Mas district police headquarters (IPD) first spotted the suspicious Proton Exora at the Lemal roundabout in Jalan Pasir Mas-Rantau Panjang at about 6 am.
