Archery equipment considered weapon, says Brunei police

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, April 10 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): The Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) reminded the public that archery activities without approval and adherence to guidelines are prohibited and are against the law because archery equipment, such as arrows, is categorised as offensive weapons.

Under Section 29(1), Chapter 148 of the Public Order Act, carrying a dangerous weapon in a public place can lead to legal action against the individual.
