Brunei police foil smuggling attempt in Bangar

BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN (Borneo Bulletin/Asia News Network): Police personnel detained two locals for their alleged involvement in the smuggling of contraband into the country.

Detectives and Bangar Police Station personnel stopped a 46-year-old male driver and a female passenger, 35, for driving down a suspicious route along Kampong Negalang Unat in Temburong District, the Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) said.
