THE president has approved the draw of S$6bil (RM18.65bil) from Singapore’s past reserves to continue supporting the nation’s Covid-19 public health expenditure.
“Even as we prepare to transition to the new normal, it is not time yet to spare efforts in areas such as testing, clinical management, vaccination and therapeutics,” Halimah Yacob said yesterday.
