VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/Asia News Network): Laos is expected to assume management of the Vung Ang seaport in Vietnam’s central Ha Tinh province in July, a Lao investor involved in the project has said.
The news comes after the Vietnamese government agreed to increase Laos’ share in the project from 20 per cent to 60 per cent at Laos’ request, making it the major shareholder.
