HANOI, Feb 18 (dpa): Serious restrictions placed on the movements of human rights activists in Vietnam seriously impacts the lives of dissidents and their families, New York-based Human Rights Watch said in a report released to the media.
The 65-page report, 'Locked Inside Our Home: Movement Restrictions on Rights Activists in Vietnam,' says the Vietnamese government of systematically restricts the right to freedom of movement of political and human rights activists both within and to and from Vietnam.
