The Intermediate Court handed sentences to four men for stealing cables, causing disruption to the services of a key provider and committing mischief.
Judge Harnita Zelda Skinner concluded that a jail term of five years and four months with six strokes of the cane is appropriate for Mohd Munawarah Abdul Kadir, 33, Muhammad Dzul Fauzie Musalim, 19, and Rudy Othman, 41.
