Japan helps support primary education of ethnic children in Oudomxay

VIENTIANE (Vientiane Times/Asia News Network): The Government of Japan is providing grant assistance worth US$470,000 for primary education for ethnic children in Oudomxay province, according to Embassy of Japan

A grant contract was signed last week between Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Embassy, Nakano Junya, and Representative of the Plan International Japan Laos Office, a Japanese public interest incorporated foundation, Suzumura Kumiko.
