Vietnam reports 14,977 new Covid-19 cases and infections now stand at 1,555,455 in total on Monday (Dec 20)


HANOI, Dec. 20 (Xinhua): Vietnam reported 14,977 new Covid-19 cases on Monday, including 14,966 locally transmitted and 11 imported, according to its Ministry of Health.

Among the localities, the Vietnamese capital Hanoi logged the highest number of infections on Monday with 1,612 cases, followed by southern Ben Tre province with 985 cases, and southern Ca Mau province with 967 cases.
