Laos' Sekong Province authorises reopening of pubs, clubs and bars

VIENTIANE, Dec 19: Sekong Province has officially authorised the reopening of entertainment venues including pubs, bars, and clubs in a bid to restart its economy, reports Laotian Times.

The province which borders Vietnam, saw a notice issued yon Saturday evening (Dec 18) by the provincial department of information, culture, and tourism, instructs district offices to authorize owners of entertainment venues and other businesses to resume operations.
