BANDAR SERI BEGAWAN, Dec 10 (Borneo Bulletin/ANN): Adolescents, who have been administered two doses of the Covid-19 vaccine, are considered fully vaccinated and are allowed to visit business premises, said Brunei Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham Jaafar.
However, he added, owners and management of businesses have the final say in who they allow into their premises.
