YANGON, Nov 21 (Eleven Media Group/ANN): The arrest of politician and hip-hop star U Phyo Zeyar Thaw gave way to seizure of arm, ammunition and even explosives, says Myanmar's junta.
According to the statement of U Phyo Zeyar Thaw, who arrested on Nov 18, the junta confirmed that 21 places rented for accommodating terrorist groups were identified and searched, leading to seizures of 93 small arms, 128 homemade pistols, 206 various magazines, 13,942 assorted rounds of ammunition, 163 bars of TNT gunpowder, nine bars of C4 gunpowder, 800 detonators, one binocular, 12 satellite phones and other related explosives.
